Leslie first worked for m2w in 2008 on a project in the Northwest and in 2009 joined the team full time as a National Project Manager. Her 10+ years of experience in event execution and management made her a perfect fit for managing multiple programs, teams and managers nationwide. Details are her thing and she keeps the group grounded with her pragmatic and practical (yet creative) guidance.

Leslie can frequently be found visiting markets from coast to coast and inspiring greatness from her teams. When not on an airplane she resides in Rockport, TX enjoying the small town coastal life. She also runs an outdoor women’s organization. Always multi-tasking and striving for perfection, Leslie has found a home with the m2w team and its commitment to thinking outside the box and inspiring greatness within.

I don't know a single person who hasn't had to put some piece of furniture together by following the directions (especially if you love IKEA like I do). This past weekend I experienced this firsthand, again, as I put together my new bookshelf for my office. The directions of matching item A with item B with screw K can be confusing all by itself. But when you add in extra parties who seem to have their own opinion on how to do it, it can be a down right mess.
