Clare Wynne, AKA Creative Whacko. After 21 years of creating concepts and tactics to increase non-traditional revenue in the broadcast industry, Clare took that knowledge and built a dynamic and talented team of experiential marketers. Most of that team remains in place today at M2W.

For over 20 years, Clare and her team have handled multiple product launches, product line extensions, represented products at literally thousands of events throughout the United States and Canada.
Director of Finance
Diane worked with M2W in the very beginning and just could not stay away. She has returned to us to run our books and keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.
Diane is a Texas native and runs a busy household of her own. She lives for family, loves to pay-it-forward, and enjoys helping others.
M2W is blessed to have her back in the fold.
Director of New Business
Rob Pequeno, AKA Bobby Smalls, is an M2W sorcerer who has executed and implemented marketing strategies for a variety of national brands. He continues to ensure his clients are advantaged by “various” tactics and strategies and by his sleight of hand. Budgets range from smoke and mirrors to pizzazz.
After 18 years with M2W, Rob has worked his way up to Director of New Business, while also managing apprentices and prophets when needed. Wizard of the M2W Rockiness Award for 2007 and 2010 and also Marketer of The Year Award in 2013 for the Dallas/ Ft. Worth AMA Chapter.
Passions: voodoo dolls, goblets of wine, sneakers, grilling, magic potions, sailing, and a sucker for Yellow Labs.

A proud Texas native, mother of two young men, animal lover, and accomplished graphic designer with over 25 years of experience designing for both web and print media.
For years she has worked in print shops and agencies as a designer and production artist and has an expert knowledge of printing. She creates marketing communications from concept to print for many clients.
Robin loves researching new equipment and tactics to offer the clients. She has a well-developed sense of empathy, which she uses to find the best way to communicate information to the audience.
Director of Customer Relations
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas and a fearless fighter with marketing magic! She has been with M2W since its birth with over 20 years of experience and counting, starting as a part-time project manager to now Director of Client Relations.
With a degree in Advertising and minor in Commercial Art, she has a flare for getting her clients' brands noticed with crazy (sometimes off-the-rails if they are willing) ideas while staying in line with given budgets.
Her philosophy is…. it is all about passion, making connections and an impression no matter the brand or product. She will make you believe…..YOU need it!

Lindsay has been working with M2W for more than 5 years. She currently resides in sunny Miami Beach, Florida.
Lindsay has been in the marketing industry for over 10 years and has worked with such companies as T-Mobile, Nestle, Blackberry, Nintendo, and Metro PCS.
She takes pride in her ability to bring magic and excitement to every situation.
